At the beginning of our meetings, we say the following Grace: In this ever changing world, may we always go forward together, to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change; the courage to change the things we can and the wisdom to know the difference. For what we are about to receive may the Almighty make us truly thankful. And ever mindful of the needs of others. AMEN
